Whether you are looking to volunteer with us at one event or become part of our staffing team and work with us all year long , we have opportunities for everyone! Our festivals span across the country, offering unique experiences at each event.
Volunteering
Begin your journey by joining Clan as a Volunteer! Volunteering is a great way to meet like-minded folk, make new friends, and get a behind-the-scenes experience at festivals & events. You’ll become part of a dynamic team of enthusiastic festival goers from all walks of life, and gain valuable hands-on experience in the events industry. Not only can you enjoy the festival when you’re off-shift, but you become part of the amazing team that makes the magic happen. We also offer on-the-job training, your first step on the path to paid roles in the industry!
Scanning Staff
Take your journey to the next level by joining our Scanning teams. These paid roles are perfect for outgoing people who want to keep the energy going! You’ll be right at the forefront of the event, greeting the public, scanning & wristbanding, and making sure everyone’s weekend starts on a high! We’ll provide all the necessary training for you to nail this role! This is a fantastic opportunity to start getting paid at events, learn valuable skills, and be an integral part of our growing teams.
Stewarding
Become a key player in The Clan by joining our dynamic team of paid Event Stewards! We’re seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to act as our eyes and ears on the ground. In your role you will provide essential support to attendees, directions, assist with crowd flow, and ensure a safe and happy event for everyone involved. You’ll be part of a supportive and fun-loving team, working together to create a magical, safe, happy environment for everyone!
Supervisor
Once you have worked with us in our Scanning and Stewarding teams, you may be chosen to level up into a Supervisor role. Supervisors you meet in Clan Events will have joined us as a volunteer, steward or ticket scanner, and will have completed Site School and other training courses. Supervisors work closely with our management team as well as the events team. This is a great opportunity for those that want to broaden their scope in the industry and put their experience to the test!
Site School
Site School is a hands-on training experience for those ready to level up in the live events and festival industry. This course blends expert-led modules, real-world scenarios, and collaborative learning with a healthy dose of craic. From command structures and health & safety to packing & preparation, Site School equips you with the essential knowledge, practical skills, and team spirit needed to thrive on-site. Whether you’re new to the scene or stepping into a leadership role, Site School is your gateway to becoming a top tier Clanbassador, outstanding in your field!
Courses & Upskilling
After completing Site School, Clanbassadors may be invited to complete accredited industry courses. These courses develop skills in crowd management, occupational health and safety and team management. We support long-standing Clanbassors with courses including:
